Nickel Plate Beach
Nickel Plate Park is open daily, dawn to dusk. $6.00 per vehicle parking fee (cash only). Season Parking Passes are sold at the gate. More Parking Pass information - Click here for the order form. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Click here for IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION. Dogs are prohibited at Nickel Plate Park from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day during the hours of 10am to 6pm.
Kayaks, float devices and beach gear can be rented at Nickel Plate Beach from The Paddle Shack. For availability and pricing, the PADDLE SHACK phone number is 419-515-9834.
Water quality at Nickel Plate Beach and other area beaches, is monitored by the Erie County Health Department -- click here to link to their test results.
