SAFETY TOWN - Accepting registrations!
For children entering kindergarten in the Fall of 2016. Two week program: June 6-9 and June 13-16, 2016; Monday-Thursday mornings both weeks, no Friday class-at Shawnee Elementary School. More information and registration form.

Extend Safety Town learning and fun with JUNIOR EXPLORER CAMP! Available only to children registered for Safety Town. Junior Explorer Camp is immediately following Safety Town at Shawnee Elementary. Designed for younger children as an introduction to Summer Camp. (WK#1 of Junior Explorer Camp is FULL - accepting registrations for Week #2 - June 13-16.) Registration form and details.

We are excited about the 2016 Season of Events at the Huron Boat Basin -- Check out the Schedule for Boppin' on the Basin, Movies by the River, and Arts at the Amphitheater.
Nickel Plate Beach Parking Passes
Time to order your 2016 NICKEL PLATE BEACH Parking Pass! The Cleveland Plain Dealer's article on "The Beach Guide: 10 of our Favorite Lake Erie strands" included Huron's Nickel Plate Beach! Visit our Parks page for more information on Nickel Plate Beach.
Beach Water Quality Testing ended for the season on Labor Day. More information is available at Erie County Health Department Beach Monitoring website.
Huron Decals - $5.00 each; donation to the Huron Parks Foundation. Click on the Decal above for mail order form. New option: "static cling" decals can be removed without leaving residue!
Park Memorials - Donations
