2018 INDOOR YOGA @ Shawnee School

TUESDAY EVENINGS, 6-7pm, THROUGH MAY 15th  

Session II is March 20 - May 15, 2018. No Yoga if school is closed/cancelled.

Yoga with instructor Karen Polvinale; accomodates all skill levels - BEGINNERS WELCOME !

Each session includes 8 weeks of classes on Tuesday evenings, 6-7pm.  Fee for each session is $40 Residents/$45 Non-Residents. Call 419-433-8487 to join a session in-progress; fee can be pro-rated.

10-11 am, Tuesdays and Thursdays, Three Sessions 

Session I is May 22 - June 28, 2018;  Session II is July 3 - August, 9, 2018;  Session III is Aug. 14 - Sept. 20, 2018.

Walking @ Woodlands - FREE PROGRAM !

Monday-Thursdays on School Days, 6-7:30pm, Nov. 6, 2017 - April 2018.  

Safe, Indoor Walking ... no matter the weather!  No registration needed.  At Woodlands Intermediate School; no walking program if school is closed or cancelled.  As you look at the front of the school, use the entry door on the left-hand (EAST) side of the bulding. You should also park on the east side of the building.  (Building Entrance Map).  All other doors will be locked.  Call 419-433-8487 with questions.
