The City of Huron continually accepts applications for the positions of Paid on Call Firefighter and Part-Time Police Officer and fills these positions on an as-needed basis. The City of Huron administers entrance exams for full-time uniformed service in the Police and Fire Divisions in accordance with Section 161 of the Administrative Code of the City of Huron. All entrance exams are announced in local newspapers and on this site.
